I was dismayed to realize that I had not posted anything in 2023. I did take photographs last year, but not nearly as much as I should have or wanted to. There are a lot of reasons for that, but they don't matter. What matters is that I dedicate myself to spending more time with a camera in hand.

I do have some new equipment that I am very excited to try out. But even more importantly, I have found a lot of old images on my computer, and will be getting those edited and posted, as well. Often these were made with inexpensive digital cameras that are not nearly as good as the cameras we have available now. I hope to intersperse those galleries with new work, so that I can see how I have grown as a photographer.
